reasonable price, classic motel style, well-maintained cleanliness
Extra blankets in rooms could enhance comfort!!! A bit more warmth in linens would. Parking lot could use a cleanup sometimes!!! Enjoyed my stay but improvements could elevate the experience!!!

I had a pleasant stay! The room was spacious and very clean with comfy beds. The unique touch of having a sheet over the blanket was refreshing. I’d come back again for sure!

Cozy stay for a couple
We stayed for 3 nights and loved the cozy vibe! The queen room was super clean and had a nice pod coffee maker. It was pretty quiet considering it was near the main road. Plus, we were a short walk from some good eateries. Just wish the bathroom fan wasn't so loud, but not a big deal!

It's good place to stay conveniently located to the city and to Grand Canyon National Park. Although close to the road, it was a quiet room.
We would have liked a small coffee/hot water machine in the room.

Families will find it adequate
The staff was amazing here and they helped us getting a room that was quiet. The room smelled fresh and was completely super clean which was a nice surprise.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

simple and clean rooms, it was over Labor Day weekend most other hotels were either sold out or exteremely expensive. Surprisingly comfortable beds.
No coffee maker, no maid servie the first day, noise from nearby traffic. But it's ony a few minutes ride from downtown.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. Good value. The outside was old so it was a pleasant surprise the excellent and new condition of rooms. The location was perfect for NAU and all areas visited in Flagstaff.
